About

As of April 2008, I will no longer be physically presenting JavaScript topics on a monthly basis at the local computer club. So all future meetings will be "virtual". I will continue to present new topics on a semi-regular basis on the site. If you need training/tutoring for an individual or small group and are in the Philadelphia or Montgomery County area, please contact me.

This site started back in September 2005 to be used as a community resource for members of the JavaScript Workshop. I started this workshop to help myself obtain a better understanding of web scripting and development and in the process teach others as well.

Over the past few years it has grown to include other web related posts and resources inlcuding HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, PHP and Flash.

JavaScript is a great way to get your feet wet in web development and it doesn't cost you anything. All you need is a web browser and a trusty text editor.
